User Submission Agreement

By submitting dashcam footage, videos, and related information to DashBank, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You confirm that you are the legal owner of the video footage or have obtained the necessary permissions to share it.
• The Content submitted does not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and privacy.
• All information provided alongside the video is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• You agree not to submit any illegal, offensive, or harmful material.
• You acknowledge that the video does not contain sensitive personal information of others without their consent.

By submitting Content, you grant DashBank a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from the Content for the purposes of accident analysis, report generation, and platform improvement. This license also allows DashBank to share reports or parts of the Content with relevant third parties, such as insurance companies or legal entities, as needed for reporting and investigations.

Personal information submitted will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Reasonable measures will be taken to protect the Content and ensure it is not shared beyond authorized purposes.

Users may be eligible for rewards or incentives upon successful submission of relevant Content. However, the reward structure is subject to change at the discretion of DashBank and does not guarantee compensation.

DashBank is not responsible for inaccuracies in submitted Content. Users are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of their submissions. DashBank is not liable for any legal disputes arising from the submitted Content.
